The development of Tory’s Tours since its inception in 1990, to its position today as the “Fraser Coast 5 Star Experience”, can be attributed directly to being a locally owned family company, employing local staff and purchasing local products as much possible.

OUR HISTORY

Since 1990, Tory’s has grown into one of the region’s most prestige coach operators, with an envied reputation of being an operator of excellence!

The Tory family can trace its tourism and hospitality background, to 1920’s when Ted Tory pioneered tours to the Victorian Alps on horseback from his Star Hotel in Harrietville.

Our current Managing Director, Craig Tory, grew up in the industry, and was even organising tours whilst still in high school!

Craig as well as being a qualified travel agent, also holds a Certificate of Transport Management from the University of Queensland.

Back in 1990 we started out with only one mini bus and a couple of drivers, this has steadily grown over time and today, our fleet consists of First Class 5 Star Coaches, operating tours, charters and express services.
