All fares are in Australian currency and are current at time of publication. Children are under the age of 14. 14 years and above can be classified as Student Concession with the applicable Student ID card otherwise and Adult fare is to be charged. Infants under 3 years old, accompanied by an adult and NOT occupying a seat, but are being nursed by adult, travel free. Pensioner/Seniors/Health Care Card Holders are eligible for concession fares with the presentation of applicable ID cards when booking. Please write the concession number on tickets.
Unaccompanied children under the age of 8 will not be carried on any Tory’s services. Unaccompanied Children aged from 8 to 14 will be carried provided an Unaccompanied Child Travel Form has been filled out prior to departure. A responsible adult MUST be waiting at the disembarkation stop prior to the coach arriving. Unaccompanied Children will not be dropped off at Brisbane Airport/s, due to parking restrictions and parking time limits at the airport.

Each Tory’s Coach has plenty of space for your baggage. For your trip to be as pleasant and safe as possible we ask you to read the following points carefully. Your ticket includes the free transport of:
- One suitcase or lockable carry bag under 23kg. This must be placed in the luggage compartment.
- One small handbag or carry bag under 7kg. This can be taken on board.
Please ensure that all your luggage is labelled with your name, address and contact phone number to avoid any confusion. Our friendly drivers are more than happy to help you load your luggage into the luggage compartment. We strongly recommend you have an appropriate level of travel insurance.
Any extra pieces of luggage will be charged at $15 per piece. Each item must be clearly marked with your full name, address and contact number. Each extra piece of luggage must not exceed 23kg.
Luggage exceeding the allowable limit and or exceeding normal sizes of luggage or any boxed item will be considered freight and charged accordingly, (e.g. Surfboards, ski equipment and musical instruments, bikes or freight) and depending on available space are not guaranteed to depart on requested service and may be held for next available service. An additional fee of $20 for each extra item will apply.
Bicycles of a standard size and without superstructure (max. 25kg) may be carried on most services depending on available space at an additional fee of $20. If enough space is not available for the bicycle on the same service, it may be held for the next available service.
Strollers, wheelchairs and walking aids will be carried free in the luggage area if travelling on the same service as the passenger and must be registered with us at least 36 hours before departure. Please note that due to safety reasons, wheelchairs can only be taken along if they are foldable and without an electric device and must be carried in the luggage compartment underneath the coach.
Cancellation & Amendment Charges
NO REFUNDS UNDER 24 hours prior to departure time.
50% REFUND UNDER 48 hours, but prior to 24 hours, before departure time.
$10.00 Administration fee for all bookings cancelled prior to 48 hours before departure time.
Failure to travel No Refund/Transfer.
A change in travel date will incur a $15.00 transfer fee, per person, per sector.
A change in travel date may also incur an upgrade fee, per person, per sector. An upgrade fee is only applicable if the new travel date selected is at a higher fare than the original travel date purchased.
Open tickets are valid for 3 months from the date of issue.
All travel purchased with a Value Fare or an Early Bird Fare are Non Refundable.
A change of travel date and or service (transfer) requires a minimum of 12 hours’ notice, from the original travel date and time.
