The winery is St. Herberts Cellar Door Winery
St Hubert’s vintners, established in 1862, were pioneers in the area, contributing significantly to the Yarra Valley’s reputation as a distinguished wine-producing region by the 1960s. Renowned for its superior Cabernet Sauvignon, St Huberts now offers Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Roussanne, among other exquisite climate wines. The winery has expanded to include exclusive reserve wines like Sparkling Rose, Pinot Blanc, and Pinot Munier. Visitors can enjoy a sophisticated 8-glass premium wine tasting at one of the Valley’s most modern cellar doors. The tasting quality is sure to impress every guest.
Take a break and have lunch in Healesville
Take a moment to unwind in the charming town of Healesville. We’ve allotted free time in Healesville, allowing guests to savour lunch and discover this entrance to the Yarra Valley. This tour is crafted for guests to experience the Yarra Valley from a local’s perspective rather than just hopping between wineries. Exploring the local boutiques, art galleries, cafes, and eateries in Healesville is recommended. (costs incurred by guests)
Afternoon Cellar Door Tastings
In the afternoon, we visited two family-run boutique wineries for tastings. Our schedule can change based on group size or availability. Some of the wineries we love in the Yarra Valley are Yering Farm Wines, Medhurst Wines, Yering Station, Killara Estate, Napoleone Cider & Orchard Bar, Rochford Wines Yarra Valley, Helen & Joey’s Wines, and more. Relax in the peaceful countryside with a glass of wine and a great selection.
