St Hubert’s vintners, established in 1862, were pioneers in the area, contributing significantly to the Yarra Valley’s reputation as a distinguished wine-producing region by the 1960s. Renowned for its superior Cabernet Sauvignon, St Huberts now offers Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Roussanne, among other exquisite climate wines. The winery has expanded to include exclusive reserve wines like Sparkling Rose, Pinot Blanc, and Pinot Munier.
